MSc, MBA. Rafael Peon Tamanini

CEO

PhD candidate in Business Administration at FGV, Master in Economics at Insper, MBA with an emphasis on Business Management, BlackBelt specialization and a degree in Mathematics. From 2007 to 2018 he worked at Ambev, where he held key positions in sales, marketing, exports, strategic planning and pricing. In this company, his last position was Director of Revenue Management, which he held from 2016 to 2018. In May 2018, he took over as Movida’s Revenue Management Director until July 2021, when he became Executive Director of the subscription car business unit. In September 2022 he became CEO of Volix.

MBA. Paula Soares

Sales & Marketing Director

He has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, a certificate in Marketing from Georgetown University and an MBA in Business Management with an emphasis on Digital Marketing from FGV. He has more than 10 years’ experience in marketing, sales and strategic planning. He led BRF’s Trade & Marketing area in the Center-North region between 2016 and 2018. In 2019, he was head of market intelligence at Movida, innovating the company’s way of monitoring the sector’s market share until 2021, when he took on the position of national strategic planning manager. In March 2023, she became Volix’s sales and marketing director.

MBA. Matheus Campigotto

Operations Director

He has a degree in International Relations from the University of Brasilia (UnB) and an MBA from FIA with an emphasis on Market Intelligence. He worked for 8 years at Ambev in various leadership positions, in particular National Market Intelligence Manager, when he specialized as a Green Belt. He also led the entire pricing area at Movida Seminovos, as General Manager of Pricing and Planning and Distribution from 2018 to 2020. In April 2020, he took on the role of operations director at Volix, starting the company’s first projects.

Gabriela Franco

Head of IM

She has a degree in Production Engineering from the University of Brasilia and a postgraduate degree in Health Organization Management from PUC/SP. She has experience in Strategic Planning and Project Management, working in the services sector.

Bruno do Val

Head of D&A

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), and certifications in AI Product Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Data Scientist from Udacity. He began his career as a mechanical engineer at Figener, where he worked for four years. He also worked at Dynamis from April 2016 until July 2018, when he decided to pursue a career in pricing and data engineering. He coordinated the pricing team at Movida Seminovos between 2018 and 2020 and in 2021 and 2022 he built the company’s entire Data & Analytics area.

Vinícius de Moura Dayrell

Vinícius has a degree in Production Engineering from the University of Brasilia and works at Volix as a consultant on commercial strategy, pricing and growth projects. He has solid experience in structuring initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue, increasing profitability and using data to make decisions.

Her work includes designing and implementing solutions for different levels of organizational maturity, contributing to business analysis, defining commercial guidelines and building sustainable growth models. She has participated in projects in sectors such as e-commerce, pharmaceutical retail and public initiatives in the areas of education and organizational transformation, always connecting strategy, technology and impact on multiple stakeholders.

Victor Guedes de Lima

Technology

Victor has a degree in Computer Science from the São Judas Tadeu University and works as a Software Engineer at Volix. He technically leads a web crawling project, developing large-scale scanning algorithms with the application of advanced bypass and anti-captcha techniques. He actively contributes to the development of the company’s cloud infrastructure, with a focus on security and performance, through the creation of pipelines and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) belts. He also participated in the construction of pricing platforms, with a strong role in the backend using Go and Node.js.

Victor Fillippi Bahdur Vieira

Victor has a degree in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and works as a consultant at Volix. He has experience in strategic pricing and commercial intelligence projects, working on price relativity analyses between different countries, pricing diagnostics, defining discount levels and building price trees. It also developed price simulators with segmentation by region and customer profile, as well as dashboards and visual materials in Power BI to support decision-making. He has worked on projects in the manufacturing and decoration, beauty and aesthetics, and security industries.

Thayná Dias dos Santos

Thayná has a degree in Business Administration from the FMU University Center and works as a Lead Consultant at Volix. He has solid experience in market research, strategic pricing and commercial intelligence, participating in diagnoses and comparative price analyses between different segments, defining discount strategies, collecting and processing external data, as well as developing new pricing metrics. He also monitors processes, directs demands and delivers analyses focused on performance and strategic alignment. He has worked on various projects in the food industry, logistics, security and retail sectors, contributing analytical insights and tailor-made solutions for each market.

Sophia Ferreira Martins

Sophia has a degree in Computer Science from Anhembi Morumbi University and works as a Data Scientist at Volix, with experience in statistical modeling, building and processing databases and developing machine learning solutions. She has participated in strategic projects focused on pricing, commercial intelligence and market mapping, working on fronts such as data cleaning and structuring, deparas creation and predictive analysis. He has also given Python and Data Science training to companies. He has worked on projects in various sectors such as automotive, industrial, pharmaceutical, food retail and distribution.

Romeo Villarta

Consultant

Romeo has a degree in Business Administration from ESPM and works as a consultant at Volix. He has experience in strategic definition projects, commercial structuring and pricing policies, carrying out market analysis, building tariff structures, drawing up price tables, go-to-market strategies and defining price trees, contributing directly to increasing the profitability of clients in various sectors, such as education, retail, industry, communications and financial services.

Matheus Silva Vicente

Developer

Matheus Silva Vicente is a Full Stack Developer at Volix. He has a degree in Marketing, Systems Analysis and Full Stack Development. He has experience in data scraping and automation for companies in the health and retail sectors, as well as having developed digital platforms applied to the agribusiness, construction and technology segments. His work combines strategic vision with technical capacity for robust digital solutions.

Lucas Felipe Casagrande

Lucas has a degree in Software Engineering from Cruzeiro do Sul University and works as a Tech Lead at Volix. Leading the development team in the design and optimization of intelligent pricing platforms in the cloud. He has participated in strategic projects focused on microservices, high-performance REST APIs, asynchronous processing and parallel computing. He has also provided training at Alura for developers of all levels. He has worked on projects in sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, telecommunications and logistics.

Lívia de Campos Mathias

Lívia has a degree in Business Administration from Anhembi Morumbi University and works in the Growth area, focusing on commercial development and generating opportunities as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Responsible for first contact with potential clients, prospecting and qualifying leads. He takes part in commercial meetings, monitors ongoing negotiations, analyzes the area’s indicators and contributes to drawing up commercial proposals in line with the client’s needs and the company’s objectives.

Leandro Matheus Lourenço Cabral

Leandro works as a developer at Volix. He has experience in creating and maintaining scraping routines for automated data collection and in building web platforms. He contributed to the development of systems and platforms, working on the back-end and data integration fronts to guarantee the performance and scalability of the solutions.

Júlia Lorenzi Kniggendorf

Júlia has a degree in Production Engineering from the University of Brasília (UNB) and works as a consultant at Volix. She has experience in strategic pricing projects, commercial analysis and process structuring. She has worked on the development of pricing simulators, elasticity and adhesion rate analyses, price relativity studies, menu reviews and promotional strategies. She has also participated in dynamic pricing initiatives, defining discount strategies and managing internal projects. His experience covers sectors such as food, industry, retail and distribution.

João Victor de Oliveira Roman

João Victor has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul and works as a Data Analyst at Volix, focusing on Business Intelligence solutions. A specialist in Power BI, he is responsible for developing dashboards that transform large volumes of data into strategic insights for decision-making. He has experience in projects in various sectors such as: retail, industry, energy, automotive, among others, with deliveries aimed at analyzing market share, sales performance, stock management, financial control and price monitoring via scraping. He also works on MAP projects, with data processing and strategic visualization.

Jéssica de Felice Rodrigues

Jéssica has a degree in Production Engineering from UnB and works as a consultant focusing on pricing strategy and market intelligence at Volix. She leads the development of the pricing strategy for Hunter Douglas in Latin America, covering countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Argentina. Her work includes elasticity testing, competition research, preparing product forecasts, organizing databases, developing Power BI dashboards and creating strategic materials for global leadership. He works with a focus on data and performance, contributing to more assertive and profitable commercial decisions.

Guilherme Silveira

Guilherme has a degree in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and works as a consultant at Volix. Experience in structuring prices and optimizing operating results. He has worked on business diagnostics based on historical sales analysis, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. He has worked on redesigning pricing structures, defining strategic variables for pricing and developing impact simulators. He has also worked with elasticity analysis, SKU performance, price competitiveness and promotional strategies. He has participated in projects for companies in the consumer goods, food and retail sectors.

Felipe Costa Cunha

Felipe is Head of Marketing at Volix. He has extensive experience in digital marketing strategies, commercial processes and conversion optimization (CRO), with a focus on scalable and sustainable growth. He has implemented and led complete marketing processes, structured inside sales teams and developed high-performance campaigns across multiple channels. He has participated in projects in the technology, retail, food, automotive and services sectors, contributing to significant growth and revenue results.

Fabricio Kenji Hadano

Fabricio works as a Research Supervisor at Volix. He has extensive experience in developing data collection methodologies, both in the field and in digital environments. Throughout his career, he has participated in strategic projects aimed at the pharmaceutical, retail, automotive and logistics sectors, contributing to the generation of valuable insights with high methodological rigor.
