He has worked on business diagnostics based on historical sales analysis, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. He has worked on redesigning pricing structures, defining strategic variables for pricing and developing impact simulators. He has also worked with elasticity analysis, SKU performance, price competitiveness and promotional strategies. He has participated in projects for companies in the consumer goods, food and retail sectors.
